Hollenburg Supplement Mixture (HSM) is used for this selection in the two hybrid system of Field as modified by Hollenburg.
HSM Drop-Out mixtures are added to SD media with succinate as the carbon source.
Hollenburg Supplement Mixture formulations are available in 50 gram pack sizes.
