Custom Made Media

Being a producer of powdered media Formedium™ has the knowledge, equipment and laboratories to produce custom made media according to end user specifications. If you are interested in the production of a custom made media please do not hesitate to contact us. Prices of most custom made media, based upon commonly used components in yeast media, will be equivalent to prices and quantities of yeast media listed on our website. Special and valuable components may have an influence on the price quoted. Please do note that to ensure an absolute homogeneous powdered medium the minimum ordered quantity should be 500 grams. To order or to ask for a quotation for a custom made medium please supply the following information or complete this form.

• Name: Full name, address, telephone and/or fax number, e-mail address.
• Name of the custom made medium.
• Composition of the medium : Ingredients; preferably by name and chemical annotation.
• Concentration in mg/l or g/l.
• Non Disclosure Agreement; In case a Non Disclosure Agreement is required ForMedium™ will undersign a contract in which absolute discretion will be assured.
