Agar Bacteriological Grade is a high-quality agar variant known for its exceptional purity & performance, undergoing stringent quality control measures. Bacteriological Agar is free from inhibitors and contaminants that could affect bacterial growth, making it suitable for cultivating a wide range of microorganisms. In similarity with plant Agar, its gelling, thickening, and stabilising properties make it a crucial component and provide a solid base for microbial growth.
Specifically intended for bacteriological and microbiological studies, Agar Bacteriological Grade plays a crucial role in advancing research, product development, and quality control processes in clinical diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, clinical microbiology, food production, and other industries.
The fine granulated consistency reduces dusting and the risk of inhalation. It provides a very consistent composition reducing separation of components and clumping.
