How to build your own online quote

It's now even easier to build and obtain a quote prior to placing an order by converting your basket to a quote:
Add products to your quote:

• Locate the products you would like a price for. To do this:
  • Use the main menu 'Products' tab (figure 1) or
  • Simply type the product name or product code into the search bar (figure 2) at the top right hand corner of the site.
• Once you have located your product, select the size from the drop down selection. Adjust the quantity and click the 'Add to Basket' button (figure 3) as if placing an order.
• Once all required products have been added to the basket, proceed to the checkout.
• In the checkout, complete the billing and delivery details (if not already completed), check the Research declaration and the terms & conditions boxes and click the 'Request Quote' button as illustrated opposite (figure 4).
• You will receive a confirmation of the quote request, followed by the quote within 30 minutes.

Accepting the Quote

You can now accept your quote online making it even easier and quicker to place your order. You can do this in 1 of 2 ways:

Accepting from the quote you received to your email

1. When you receive the email with your quote, there are two buttons available to accept your quote:
   a) The first is on the email itself (see figure 5)
   b) The second is at the bottom of the pdf attachment (see figure 6)
2. Simply click on one of these links and you will be taken to our website where you will need to login with your username and password. If you do not have an online account please click here to create one, or if you are unsure of your password, click here to reset it.
3. Once you have logged in, a summary of your order will appear, simply scroll down to enter your payment details or purchase order number (see figure 7).
4. You should then receive confirmation of your order.

Accepting from your Formedium online account (you must have an account setup before creating the quote)

1. Click the “My Account” link at the top right hand side of the screen (see figure 8)
2. You will then see the login page. Enter your username and password.
3. Once logged in you will go through to your account page which should look similar to the screenshot opposite (see figure 9). From here click the “Quotes” tab as highlighted.
4. Identify the relevant quote if there is more than one in the list and click on the quote, unaccepted quotes will have a status of "Pending" (see figure 10). If you have previously already accepted the quote, you will see a ‘Pay Now’ button and the Status will be ‘Pending Payment’. If this is the case, simply click the 'Pay Now' button, skip the next step and proceed to point 6 below.
5. You will then see a summary of the quote, simply click the large ‘Accept quote’ button.
6. You should then see a summary of your order will appear, simply scroll down to enter your payment details or purchase order number (see figure 11).
7. You should then receive confirmation of your order.
